For many of us, the piano plays a significant role in our lives, so it is crucial to preserve its value and condition. As experts, we would like to help you with this.
Did you know that the average lifespan of an acoustic piano is 130 years? Just think about it: what else can you buy that remains valuable for 130 years, while providing fantastic experiences, entertainment, and development across numerous generations? Indeed, a piano gives us more than we might think.
However, to help us and to maintain its value, we must take care of it as well. It doesn't ask for much, just 1-2 appointments a year when a specialist checks it, tunes it, and corrects any potential issues. With our new Piano Service App software version, we offer you assistance in this regard.
In a very simple application, you can record your instrument's data, age, brand, and other parameters. Additionally, you can log services, which will be helpful both to you and a specialist. You will know exactly when it was serviced or tuned, to what frequency, what the humidity and temperature were on that day, and if any repairs were needed, these will also be recorded. You can create and attach photos of the instrument, upload files (e.g., an invoice, warranty card, an agreement), or take pictures of any issues or damages. All of these are directly attached to the instrument, so you can find and view them anytime. Where did we normally keep a warranty card, manual, agreement, or invoice? Not so easy to find quickly, right? Now, all of these will be in one place.
But the convenience doesn't end there. You can also record the contact information of your tuner, so you won't need to search for their contact details or figure out who tuned your piano last. You can make calls, send SMS, or email directly from the app. If you have multiple contacts (e.g. piano tuners, piano mover, carpenter, piano store), no problem, you can store up to 10 specialists and their contact information in your account.
Perhaps the most sought-after feature is the reminder function. You can send as many reminders as you want to yourself, the tuner, or both. You won't forget when a service is due, and you don't have to remember the dates; the reminders can be set to repeat. You write the text of the reminder, so you can send yourself a message and a different one to the tuner, for example, mentioning an issue you noticed with your instrument.
In summary, such software offers great assistance in maintaining and tracking your instrument, contacting specialists, and all this at an incredibly low price of just $7 per year. And it works on all devices, including phones, tablets, or laptops.
Lastly, another convenience feature: the app is managed by piano experts, and you can contact them anytime if you need professional assistance or advice.
