Those who service institutions frequently have trouble determining which instrument is in a specific room. It is especially problematic if the school has e.g. ten identical black U3 pianos. One thing distinguishes them: their serial numbers. If you utilize the service app, you won't have to look any further. Filtering for your school as the client and Yamaha as the brand, you will get the all Yamaha uprights, with room and serial number information provided in the Instrument list.
